Dr. Raveesh Kumar is M.Ed, Post Graduation in Education, Psychology, Hindi and History. He has been awarded PhD in Education in 2023. He is Qualified UGC NET (2013) in Education. Dr. Raveesh Kumar is a certified Personality Refiner and Theologian. He has about 20 years of experience in conducting Personality Refinement Workshops for students. So far, more than 10,000 students have participated and benefited from his workshops. He has prepared PQT and Personality Existence Theory as part of his research work for improving the personality of students.

Dr. Raveesh Kumar in his research work has deeply understood the personality of a person and has defined the person's perspective in detail. So that the complexities, tensions and imbalances of human conscience can be easily resolved.

Today, the reason behind many of Man's Diseases is his Emotional Instability. To solve this, Dr. Raveesh Kumar, in his research work, has developed Pond Theory by understanding the Unconscious Mind of Human, so that the conscience of Human can be purified.
